Covenant Church, Shepherdstown WV
Join us Friday, April 23 beginning at 8 AM running continuously until 6 PM Saturday, April 24 as we crop for a good cause--to help raise funds for projects in Africa.
Bring your sleeping bags or air mattress; it will be just like camping out! Except we have showers and hot food! Or if you are up for the challenge, go for a record and crop til you drop!
The per person cost is $35.00* for 1 day (either Friday or Saturday) / $45.00* for both days ($40/$50* at the door). This includes 34 hours of cropping on your own table, brunch and dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
Unlimited coffee, hot tea, bottled water and snacks available throughout.
We have FREE Make & Takes, the use of lots of toys and tools including Cricut Expression, 40+ cartridges, LOADS of stamps, punches, vendor tables, FREE intermittent techniques/ demonstrations/ Yard Sale table, Swap table, and lots more.

Registration forms should be mailed with non-refundable $25.00 deposit made out to Covenant Church. Reserve your spot NLT Tuesday, April 20th. Balance due day of event.

NOTE: Vendors that would like to set up a table (FREE, with paid 2-day registration or 20.00 a day) should indicate name of business on registration form and date of attendance.

*All profit from this event will be go towards projects in Kenya, such as completion of roofing Sunday school classrooms, as well as help support team members traveling to Kenya to carry out these projects.
